Keyholder & trades
A trusted keyholder. I can arrange tradespeople and stay in your home while the work is carried out.
Admin assistance
Online and email help, bills and standing orders, correspondence, calendars, prescriptions, meter readings, parcels and dry cleaning.
Pet services
Dog walks, feeding while you’re away, company in your home, and trips to the vet.
Household help
Deliveries taken in, shopping bought and unpacked, light meal prep and light housework.
Non-medical support only. Practical home help, companionship and everyday support. I’m unable to provide nursing, medical treatment or regulated personal care.

Hello, I’m Lauren
I started out in hospitality, then in 2005 moved into aviation, assisting passengers who needed extra help, including out on the apron getting people on and off aircraft. In 2014 I joined Virgin Atlantic as a Senior Agent, welcoming customers, meeting flights and solving problems as they arose. Since Covid, I joined Lancing College and then moved into retail.
I have noticed how many people struggle with shopping, how lonely some feel, and how worried others are about leaving their home and pets while they’re away. That’s why I started Keys: to support people discreetly, so they can live more independently.
